The base for this role is $60,000 per year, paid hourly with an uncapped commission bonus structure. Provided the employee meets the requirements of the applicable commission plan, and maintains client retention, expected on target earnings are as follows:
- Year 1: $100,000 (Base + Commissions)
- Year 2: $150,000 (Base + Commissions)
- Year 3: $200,000 (Base + Commissions)

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
- Build relationships with prospective clients.
- Prospecting.
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
- Manage sales pipeline.
- Strategically present to PR team client / partner opportunities
- When needed, coordinate marketing campaign with project managers and clients
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.
- Selling direct and online marketing solutions to startups and SMBs.
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
